Responsibilities
Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause resolution across Windows desktops, servers, networks, and cloud services.
Support Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and common SaaS platforms.
Manage tickets escalated from Level 1 and serve as the primary point of contact for higher-complexity issues.
Perform routine system maintenance, updates, and monitoring across client infrastructures.
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
Assist with onboarding of new clients, including environment assessments and documentation.
Deploy and support backup solutions, security tools, and remote monitoring systems.
Collaborate with senior engineers on project-based work such as server deployments, migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
A strong Level 2 engineer with 3–5+ years of experience in IT support and systems administration.
MSP background strongly preferred, including familiarity with ticketing, SLAs and multi-client environments.
Solid experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP, and virtualization (Hyper-V or VMware).
Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Azure AD, and modern cloud-based solutions.
Comfort with networking fundamentals, including firewalls and switching (SonicWall, UniFi, Fortinet, or similar).
