- Experience with production support, administration, and Control
- Knowledge of identifying and implementing process improvements
- Ability to perform detailed analysis of project requirements
- Familiarity with VAN, AS2, (S)FTP, and HTTP(S) partners
- Experience in design and mapping specification creation
- Understanding of EDI capabilities and autoload implementation
- Project management skills for digitizing business processes
- Ability to develop systems documentation and training programs
- Capability to provide project and technical guidance to IS members or consultants
