About the role
- Sales & Application Engineering Trainee in a structured program at Danfoss. Focus on technical sales and customer solutions through hands-on experience and mentoring.
Responsibilities
- Start with local onboarding followed by two weeks in Denmark to get a full introduction to our business, products, and ways of working.
- Learn how we sell – including tools, value selling, and customer influence.
- Shadow experienced colleagues in the field.
- Rotate through key sales and support functions.
- Gradually take responsibility for your own customers or technical projects.
- Work with both local and global mentors, with career coaching throughout.
- By the end of the program, you’ll transition into a full-time role in either sales or application engineering, depending on your strengths and ambitions.

- Technically minded profiles – You might be an engineer, technician, or someone with hands-on technical understanding (maritime, mechanical, or similar).
- Commercial profiles – You may have a degree in business, customer service experience, or early exposure to sales. What matters most is your curiosity, energy, and engagement.
