Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Material Science, Electrical Engineering)
- Prefer 9+ years of experience in technical project management within an R&D environment; OR Master’s + preference for 7+ years; OR PhD with preference for 4+ years
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex R&D projects from inception to commercialization
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Asana, Trello)
