- Optimize workflows and improve change management processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Military Experience
- At least 3 years of Program Management, Project Management, Product Management or a combination
- At least 1 year of experience using Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
- At least 4 years of years of Program Management, Project Management, Product Management or a combination (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience with Workday HRIS (preferred)
- At least 1 year of experience automating workflows using applications or AI tooling (preferred)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Lean, Agile (SAFE) or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
