Responsibilities
Provide advanced escalation support, both remote and on-site, for Digital Pathology products to EMEA sales units.
Work collaboratively with product management, R&D, manufacturing, and other departments.
Proactively identify declining quality trends and develop countermeasures.
Requirements
Field service engineering experience with an associate degree OR equivalent technical experience.
Experience in a medical laboratory.
Time management and productivity efficiency in handling service calls.
A professional with strong technical expertise.
Proficiency with testing equipment used in field service support.
Diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of Digital Pathology instruments is a plus.
Languages: English and French.
