About the role
- CaaS & Backend Operations Manager responsible for stable operation of backend architecture and active contribution to Charging as a Service business. Position can be performed remotely in Germany with occasional office visits.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Operations, Backend- oder Systemmanagement, idealerweise im Bereich E-Mobilität, Energie oder Automotive
- Starkes technisches Verständnis kombiniert mit kaufmännischer Acumen
- Erfahrung mit Monitoring-Systemen und Troubleshooting
- Interesse an Datenanalyse und Prozessoptimierung
- Verständis für digitale Geschäftsmodelle, insbesondere Charging as a Service, ist von Vorteil
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Informatik, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbar
