About the role
- IT contact point for business departments addressing SAP demands and leading technological solutions in the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the IT point of contact for the business areas in the Production, Maintenance, Quality Assurance and Logistics departments, understanding their primary SAP-related needs.
- Prioritize the SAP demand portfolio for the business areas.
- Ensure business needs are correctly understood and translated into viable technological solutions.
- Lead SAP projects and improvements, ensuring activities are executed within the established timeline, cost and quality.
- Ensure projects comply with IT Infrastructure, Information Security, Systems Validation and Data Privacy guidelines.
- Monitor vendor deliveries, ensuring the quality, timeliness and cost-effectiveness of services provided.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as project plan, schedule, status reports, change acceptance, and others.
- Prepare system documentation such as requirements specifications, functional specifications, technical specifications, test plans, and others.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Technology or a related field.
- Advanced English.
- Experience with SAP ERP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- Experience managing projects using PMBOK and Scrum.
- Experience with SAP PP, PM and QM modules.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
