Requirements
- Master's degree in Cyber Security or Computer Science — supplemented by recognized continuing education and industry-specific certifications in information security
- Strong IT foundation with deep understanding of programming, system architecture, and modern technologies and integration landscapes
- Several years of practical experience in strategic and operational cyber security roles — with a solid understanding of enterprise-wide protection mechanisms and risk management
- Proven experience in securely managing applications, data flows, and configurations throughout the full lifecycle
- Confident and persuasive communicator in both German and English when engaging with business units, engineering teams, and management
- Combination of a collaborative working style and a solution-oriented, hands-on attitude — focused on effectiveness, accountability, and pragmatism in day-to-day work
