Responsibilities
Drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness across Pharmacy Services Digital & Technology unit
Execute PS DDAT org's strategic vision
Translate strategies into actionable plans and metrics
Support strategy office of the CDTO in leadership staff meetings
Provide direct support to the strategy office of the CDTO
Facilitate management governance and tracking status
Oversee daily management operations of the CDTO office
Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives
Build connections across the enterprise to drive innovation and alignment
Requirements
7+ years of experience in management consulting, business operations, corporate strategy, technology management, or related fields
Proficiency in analyzing metrics and using data to inform strategies and processes
Familiar with Agile or Lean methodologies
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills to lead without direct authority
Familiarity with software engineering processes, tools, and frameworks
Understanding of AI concepts, cloud, DevOps, or software architecture concepts
Ability to see the big picture and align team goals with organizational priorities.
