Responsibilities
Develop and own the roadmap for Business Intelligence and Performance to impact organizational objectives
Align data initiatives with the company’s broader goals of value-based care and clinical efficiency
Design, build, and maintain a standardized suite of enterprise-wide dashboards and performance metrics
Ensure "one version of the truth" across all reporting layers
In collaboration with business and tech leaders, ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of data
Establish rigorous protocols for metric definitions to prevent ambiguity in performance tracking
Act the nexus between both corporate and field teams to ensure leaders understand business performance and recommendations for improvement
Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities within center level performance to positively impact financial performance
Requirements
10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Strategy
5+ years of experience in a senior leadership capacity
Deep experience in healthcare (specifically Value-Based Care or Medicare Advantage) is strongly preferred
Understanding of clinical workflows and claims data is a significant plus
Expertise in reporting and dashboarding, with familiarity with data warehousing concepts as well as SQL and modern data stack
Exceptional ability to "story tell" with data, translating leading indicator insights into actionable tactics for teams to execute
Willingness to work directly with center leaders and analysts alike to drive performance
