Requirements
- Active, unrestricted RN license in North Carolina
- Multi‑state RN licensure is welcomed but not required
- 2+ years of clinical RN experience
- All clinical backgrounds considered, including: Emergency Department, Home Health, Hospice, Operating Room, ICU, NICU, Telemetry, Medical/Surgical, Orthopedics, Long‑Term Care, Infusion, and similar settings
- Certified Case Manager (CCM) certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with integrated case management models
- Discharge planning experience
- Managed care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) education.
