About the role
- Accountant handling monthly and annual reports for a global trading firm in Munich. Collaborating with auditors and providing process optimization in finance.
Responsibilities
- Erstellung der Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
- Du arbeitest mit dem Wirtschaftsprüfer, Steuerberater und externen Beratern zusammen
- Abwicklung der Abgrenzungsbuchungen (Forderungen, Rückstellungen, aktive & passive RAPs etc.)
- Begleitung von Betriebsprüfungen der Finanzbehörde
- Erstellung von Umsatzsteuervoranmeldungen
- Abstimmungb der Haupt- und Nebenbuchabstimmung
- Optimierung von Prozessen und Abläufe im Finance-Bereich
- Mitarbeit bei Projekten zur Prozessgestaltung, u.a. bei der Weiterentwicklung der ERP-Software
- Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung von Richtlinien und deren Begleituzng bei der Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsführung und externen Beratern (z.B. Wirtschaftsprüfern, Betriebsprüfern)
Requirements
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium
- Gerne relevante Weiterbildungen, z.B. Geprüfter Bilanzbuchhalter (IHK) oder Steuerfachwirt, etc., aber keine zwingende Bedingung
- Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
- Gerne Erfahrung in den beschriebenen Aufgabenfeldern
- Erfahrung mit einem ERP-System
- Teamfähigkeit und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
