Requirements

- Degree or similar qualification in Design or equivalent practical experience and training
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Natural curiosity to solve problems, collaborative, analytical and have a product mindset
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Experience working in cross-functional product teams following an agile, product-led approach
- Expert-level Figma user
- Strong UX copy and microcopy writing skills
- Excellent web and mobile app design skills
- Fintech or SaaS product design experience
