Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for customers, managing inquiries via phone or in person and ensuring excellent service delivery.

Support workshop operations by managing documentation, tracking service progress, and assisting with administrative and coordination tasks as required.

Native or fluent Czech speaker with good command of English for effective professional communication.
