About the role
- System Engineer for Linux Administration at Certified Security Operations Center GmbH. Responsible for system operations, infrastructure maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes.
Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining our systems and ensuring the smooth operation of our infrastructure
- You automate and optimize workflows using Ansible, GitLab CI/CD, and Semaphore
- You operate and further develop our monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana)
- You manage our internal platforms (GitLab, Keycloak, Zammad, Nextcloud, Harbor)
- By introducing and maintaining modern containers, you ensure our platform provides a solid foundation for new product features
- You maintain the hardware infrastructure of our sensors as well as the office IT at the site
- You are an active part of the ongoing improvement of our operational culture and agile processes
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in administering Linux systems and/or in a DevOps environment
- German at C1/C2 level and good English skills, both written and spoken
- High degree of initiative and motivation, and a passion for Linux systems, automation, and/or containerization
- Willingness to participate in on-call duty
- Enthusiasm for open-source software and IT security
