About the role

Responsibilities
- Source, purchase, and renew enterprise software licenses and subscriptions
- Maintain accurate records of license entitlements and ensure compliance with vendor agreements
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review and finalize contracts
- Track procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years in procurement, with a focus on software and IT assets
- A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another related field is a plus
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Advanced documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Experience with Microsoft licensing agreements and enterprise software procurement is preferred
