About the role

  • Customer Support Specialist assisting customers in Greece through various channels. Role can be remote or on-site in Athens with provided training and support.

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot account or technical issues and escalate when necessary
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • German C2 / native speaker
  • English B2 or higher
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
  • Flexibility to work on-site or remotely with rotating shifts (Monday–Sunday, depending on the project)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece at least one week before the start date (for on-site roles)
