Responsibilities
- **What You Will Do **
- Perform business process analysis and elaborate strategies and plans for MES implementation
- Understand specific customer requirements and map them to solutions from the Critical Manufacturing offering
- Create configurations and customizations tailored to customer needs
- Perform demonstrations of the solution adapted to customer requirements
- Coordinate custom developments required for specific manufacturing environments
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and implementation/development teams
- Oversee implementation, deployment, and user training activities
- Facilitate reviews and signoff of key deliverables and milestones with stakeholders
Requirements
- **What You Will Bring**
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management Engineering or relevant field
- More than 4 years of experience working in manufacturing environments in consulting or project deployment
- Exceptional leadership, communication and presentation skills
- Strong team player and creative thinker
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
