Responsibilities
Diseñar experiencias digitales centradas en el usuario para soluciones de identidad (CIAM/IAM).
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de preventa, delivery e implementación.
Crear interfaces intuitivas, prototipos funcionales y experiencias omnicanal que aceleren la adopción de soluciones en clientes enterprise.

Diseñar user journeys end-to-end (onboarding, login, MFA, recuperación, consentimiento, prueba de identidad, etc.).
Crear prototipos o wireframes en herramientas como: Figma + Design Systems, Adobe XD o equivalente.
Desarrollar prototipos funcionales usando: HTML / WCAG, CSS, Conocimientos básicos de: React + Next.js / SwiftUI / Compose.
Requirements
Licenciatura en: Diseño, UX, Ingeniería, o afín.
Certificaciones (Deseable / Requerido).
Certificación de UX Institute (UX Design Professional Diploma) o equivalente.
Cursos en UX, UI, Design Thinking.
Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) – deseable.
Google UX Design Professional Certificate.
Certificaciones en Design Thinking o Human-Centered Design (plus).
