- Lead pre-sales discovery to understand customer requirements and shape solution scope
- Create clear and accurate Project Initiation Documents (PIDs)
- Guide customers through implementation, configuration, training and go-live
- Ensure customer needs align with existing product functionality and manage escalations
- Act as the key product expert for ApplyEasy, Collect, PPSR and related solutions
- Collaborate closely with Sales to support deal progression and smooth handover
Requirements
- 3–4 years’ experience configuring or selling SaaS solutions
- Understanding of digital credit applications and the end-to-end credit onboarding process
- Organised and detail-driven
- Excellent documentation skills
