Responsibilities
You are the primary point of contact for your clients and provide end-to-end support for their digital marketing.
You actively contribute to client acquisition and account growth.
You are responsible for project management: you plan and execute projects with your team and drive successful delivery.
You consistently maintain a critical eye on project costs, budgets, and timelines.
You oversee and monitor project costing and prepare invoicing for your clients and projects.
You handle briefing and management of external service providers.
You collaborate with your project team to develop digital concepts and campaigns, prepare presentations, and present them to clients.
You identify opportunities and work with the team to develop recommendations for the continuous optimization of clients’ digital success.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, Account Manager, Client Consultant, or in a similar role.
You are familiar with agency life and have successfully worked in agency teams.
You hold a degree or vocational qualification in Business, Communications, or Digital Media.
You have broad expertise in managing projects in Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Performance Marketing.
You are well structured, work independently, and keep a cool head even in hectic situations.
You are strong in self-organisation and project leadership.
You enjoy being part of a performance-driven team.
You like to take responsibility, act confidently in front of clients, and are experienced in leading workshops and presentations.
You have very good German skills; English and other languages are an advantage.
