Responsibilities
Provide leadership to General Managers and operational teams across multiple stations
Oversee station operations to ensure efficient use of equipment, facilities, and personnel
Analyze operational and financial data to drive profitability and performance
Develop and enforce company policies, safety rules, and compliance with TSA, FAA, CBP, and local regulations
Approve and monitor capital expenditures, equipment procurement, and site security plans
Partner with upper management on strategic planning and policy development
Investigate and resolve internal and external complaints
Support business development and customer relationship efforts within the region
Oversee security compliance, audits, and corrective actions in coordination with corporate security teams
Promote a fair, respectful, and inclusive workplace environment
Maintain accurate reporting, respond to inquiries from regulatory bodies, and ensure ongoing operational compliance
Requirements
7+ years of leadership experience in ground handling, logistics, or related field; 3+ years managing multi-site operations
Bachelor's degree in Business, Aviation, or related field, or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of TSA, FAA, CBP, and airport regulations
Proven ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive performance across locations
Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision making skills
Ability to travel domestically up to 75%; valid drivers license required
Must pass background checks and obtain airport security clearance
Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
