Partner with D2C Growth: You will work in a high-velocity pod alongside our D2C Growth Marketer.
Requirements
4+ years of experience in consumer growth.
Lead discovery and experimentation to identify and prioritize the most impactful features and opportunities.
Deep customer intuition and product taste, combining design empathy with a rigorous, data-informed approach to measuring impact.
Ability to own your work in a fast-paced, rapid growth environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to an ever-changing landscape.
Ability to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to make your product successful.
Work cross functionally with engineering, design, clinicians, and GTM to define, build, and deploy experiences that delight our users.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
