Responsibilities
Lead creative briefs for TVC, Digital (Social, Newsletters, Site Banners), Print, and In-store assets.
Drive performance through strategic marketing, Coop campaigns with partners, and trend analysis.
Assist in annual/monthly media planning, monitor budgets, and deliver weekly/monthly performance reports.
Coordinate in-store events, new store openings, and refit promotions.
Oversee marketing proofs and ensure brand consistency (Mixed Category Comms).
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in Brand Management, Category Marketing, or Account Management (Retail experience is a strong plus).
University degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
Proven experience in managing both digital and offline communication channels.
Strong ability to interpret data, monitor budgets, and report on KPIs/ROI.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent command of English and Greek; strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
