- Partner with internal departments to ensure program success and alignment with priorities.
- Support volunteer leaders and build relationships with members to encourage involvement.
- Manage the annual awards process with the Communications team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, education, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of program or event management experience, ideally within an association, nonprofit, or member-based organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM or association management systems preferred.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- PMP or SCRUM certification preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative approach with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
