ServiceNow Developer responsible for administration, development, and technical support of ServiceNow platform. Collaborating with stakeholders and integrating applications with third-party systems.
Responsibilities
Administration, development, documentation, and technical support of the ServiceNow platform.
Provide software configuration including, but not limited to screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting and third-party software integrations.
Design, develop and implement Service Catalog workflows, ITIL processes, ITAM, SACM, Knowledge, Agile, IRM, SecOps and Release Management modules within ServiceNow platform.
Review and refine designs for usability, reviews testing scenarios and refining test cases, to ensure applications quality
Integrate ServiceNow application(s) with third party systems/applications via APIs
Produces and maintains detailed system documentation including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing, etc.
Develop, design and roll out new application modules, workflows and catalog requests, and recommend solutions that deliver customer value
Manage upgrades and ensure backward compatibility of customizations and integrations
Interacts with stakeholders from across the business
Implement technology specific best practices and standards.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years of recent experience in solution architecture, with a focus on ServiceNow including extensive experience in two or more ServiceNow modules (LSD, WSD, ITAM/ITOM, HRSC, IRM, CSM and more)
Three of the following ServiceNow certifications are required:
CAD (Certified Application Developer)
CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist)
Micro-Certification Flow Designer
CSA (Certified System Administrator)
CTA (Certified Technical Architect)
Preferred experience in one or more of the following: JavaScript, REST APIs, C#, git, Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions, as well as an understanding of the interconnectedness between modules and core data
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting backlog management, sprint execution, and continuous improvement
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience and knowledge of sustainment lifecycle management activities for programs and project operations.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
