Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing PIM implementation: Configure the system, set up data models, user roles, and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other platforms.
- Act as the primary application owner: Handle technical and functional queries, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance.
- Collaborate globally: Work closely with business stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement: Monitor system usage, recommend enhancements, and implement best practices.
- Enable adoption: Support testing, training, and onboarding for new users.
- Maintain documentation: Ensure clear records of configurations, processes, and support guidelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 5+ years in application consulting or business systems analysis.
- Hands-on experience with PIM systems (preferably including the implementation phase); Inriver PIM expertise is a strong advantage.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, global environment.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and influencing direction.
- Customer-focused with a commitment to quality and deadlines.
