Responsibilities
- Provide materials leadership to the Americas HVACR Integrated Supply Chain network
- Lead a team of professionals to deploy effective, standardized material and production management systems across multiple sites
- Ensure operational excellence, drive efficiency, and maintain high service levels for customers while aligning with corporate objectives
- Develop and implement systems to assure world class on-time delivery at optimal inventory levels
- Implement best practices / fulfillment models and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational productivity
- Work with center-led supply chain team to maintain master data parameters in IT systems such as ERP, supplier portals, and warehouse management
- Manage and develop relationships with suppliers and customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
- Support the VP in long-term strategic planning and expansion initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- minimum of ten (10) years of progressive related experience, including leadership, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional presentation skills
- Ability to work effectively with various levels of the organization
- Exceptional customer service focus, including attention to producing quality results
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and on a team
- Legal authorization to work in the United States – Sponsorship will not be provided for this role
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
