About the role
- Intern supporting the Business Process and System Support team with technical support for Finance, Procurement, and HR systems. Engaging with a global team in a hybrid model in Kraków, Poland.
Responsibilities
- Support Subject Matter Experts and IT Experts in Business Process and System Support team in their daily tasks related to technical support Finance, Procurement and HR systems.
- Responsibilities concentrate around finance master data and user access maintenance, general technical support, documentation, and reporting.
Requirements
- Currently studying (preferred 3rd year).
- Completed 1 internship program (would be an asset).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong focus on Excel.
- Very good English (B2).
- Availability: minimum 25 hours per week.
- Strong motivation to gain experience in IT for Finance, Procurement and HR systems.
- High engagement and focus on achieving goals.
- Detail-oriented.
