Senior Investment Analyst conducting in-depth analyses of investment opportunities for Grupo Tigre. Maximizing return while ensuring efficient capital allocation and adherence to governance policies.
Responsibilities
Perform detailed financial and economic analyses of investment opportunities, including valuation, feasibility and sensitivity analyses.
Develop and review complex financial models (DCF, multiples, scenario analyses, and stress tests).
Prepare executive materials for internal committees, senior management and the board of directors to support strategic decision-making.
Monitor the performance of executed investments, analyzing results versus the business plan.
Conduct market studies, sector analyses and benchmarking of companies and assets.
Support M&A processes, strategic investments, divestments and partnerships.
Interact with internal areas (Finance, Strategy, Controllership) and external stakeholders (consultancies, auditors).
Ensure adherence to internal policies, corporate governance and compliance.
Requirements
Experience in investment analysis, M&A, Controllership, FP&A, corporate finance or similar areas.
Knowledge of corporate finance, valuation and economic-financial analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling and executive presentations).
Experience building and analyzing complex financial models.
Knowledge of financial accounting and financial statements.
Availability to interact with senior leadership and participate in decision-making forums.
Advanced or fluent English (reading).
Previous experience in specific sectors (e.g., infrastructure, financial services, technology).
Knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI).
Intermediate or advanced Spanish.
