About the role

• Business Partner Due Diligence Analyst performing due diligence on third parties to manage compliance risks. Handling operational support and international coordination in a B-to-B distribution company.

Responsibilities

• Due diligence (levels 1, 2, and 3): collection and analysis of internal and external information (BVD, TSort, Dow Jones, sanctions, PEP, UBO, negative press, financial data, integrity, ESG, cyber, etc.), execution of controls, risk assessment, documentation, and recommendations.
• Third‑party portfolio monitoring and continuous monitoring: updating assessments, processing alerts (sanctions, press, weak signals, incidents), enhanced monitoring of high‑risk third parties, and participating in regular reviews with Head Office, regional teams, and operational entities.
• Operational support and international coordination: assisting regional and local correspondents, sharing best practices, answering technical questions, verifying consistency of local analyses, and contributing to training.
• Contribution to data management, reporting, and quality: updating and analyzing indicators (KPIs, volumes, risk levels, processing times), ensuring data reliability, and participating in Group consolidation (compliance reporting, audits, Audit Committee).
• Participation in projects and continuous improvement: deployment of new versions of third‑party assessment tools, user testing, defining reporting requirements, proposing improvements, developing the operating model, and supporting automation and generative AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience.
• Languages: strong written and spoken proficiency in both English and French is essential.
• Knowledge of compliance regulations (Sapin II, OFAC, EU regulations, duty of care).
• Experience with due diligence and third‑party risk assessment processes.
• Solid grounding in law, accounting, and finance.
• Proficient with Office productivity tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Teams, and SharePoint.
• Experience with screening and due diligence solutions/platforms.
