Responsibilities
Lead and develop the service by promoting cross-functional collaboration with key departments.
Supervise and monitor the progress of all team projects.
Manage intervention and resource planning and act as an escalation point in case of non-compliance to ensure cost control, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
Serve as the interface between clients and IMA, anticipate issues and propose solutions.
Contribute to preparing proposals with our technical-sales team.
Participate in strategic decisions for the service regarding upgrades & retrofits, obsolescence management, and spare parts sales.
Propose improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of service performance.
Structure and organize work to ensure efficient interventions and services.
Manage a multi-million customer portfolio, monitor the operational and financial performance of the service, define key KPIs and implement decision-support dashboards.
Lead and develop a team of project managers.
Foster a results-oriented culture focused on continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Master's degree in Microtechnology, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Automation.
IPMA certification or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial project management, preferably in automation.
Expertise in retrofit and obsolescence is a significant advantage.
Strong leadership with several years of proven team management experience.
Excellent communicator with a strong customer orientation.
Solid analytical skills and results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft tools/CRM.
Fluent in French and English; German language skills are a plus.
