- Analyze requirements and define the test strategy;
- Create and execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory test cases;
- Log, track, and validate bugs with clear descriptions and appropriate criticality;
- Collaborate with the team (PO, development, business analysts) in ceremonies and understanding business rules;
- Ensure process quality by suggesting improvements and keeping documentation up to date;
- Use testing tools, APIs, and SQL for validations;
- Work autonomously, supporting junior QA professionals when necessary.
Requirements
- Experience and proficiency in creating test processes;
- Experience with test quality metrics;
- Knowledge of performance testing;
- Experience with CI/CD;
- Experience in test automation and frameworks such as Java, RestAssured, Appium, and Selenium;
- Solid understanding of QA practices within an agile pipeline;
- Ability to influence and promote a culture of quality.
