About the role
- Back-end Developer using .NET Core and integrating APIs in a hybrid work structure at GFT. Collaborating with teams to maintain and develop high-quality systems and interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain APIs in .NET Core 8.0 and earlier versions (.NET 5, 3.1, etc.).
- Collaborate on building interfaces in React.js to consume the APIs.
- Work on integrations with external systems (Matera and Oracle).
- Develop and maintain scripts and queries in SQL Server.
- Perform unit tests and validate APIs using Postman/Swagger.
- Participate in requirements gathering with the team and business areas.
- Contribute to code reviews and technical decision-making.
Requirements
- Experience with .NET Core (Web API), including maintenance of earlier versions.
- Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5 and CSS3.
- Proficiency in SQL Server (stored procedures, views, and complex queries).
- Experience with authentication (Okta – OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect).
- Experience with GitLab (branches, merge requests and versioning).
- Familiarity with API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
- Experience with IIS infrastructure.
- Understanding of RESTful calls (headers, status codes, authentication via Bearer token).
- Ability to work on requirements gathering and technical documentation.
- Intermediate English.
