About the role
- Lead Developer overseeing Guidewire projects within insurance transformation. Involved in both project leadership and hands-on development work with a focus on quality and delivery.
Responsibilities
- Encadrer et accompagner les développeurs et analystes intervenant sur la suite Guidewire.
- Participer activement à la conception, au développement et à la configuration des composants Guidewire (ClaimCenter / PolicyCenter).
- Rester hands-on techniquement : relecture de code, support aux équipes, maintenance corrective et évolutive.
- Garantir la qualité, la maintenabilité et la conformité des développements.
- Formaliser et challenger les analyses technico-fonctionnelles.
- Contribuer aux travaux CI/CD et à l’industrialisation des pratiques.
Requirements
- Niveau senior (7 ans d’expérience minimum) en développement.
- Expérience confirmée en rôle de Lead Dev ou Lead Technique orienté delivery.
- Maîtrise de la suite Guidewire (ClaimCenter et/ou PolicyCenter).
- Développement en Gosu / Java.
- Certification Guidewire avec les mises à jour récentes.
- Aise dans des environnements complexes et structurés.
- Leadership basé sur l’exemplarité, la pédagogie et la capacité à décider et arbitrer.
