About the role

  • Sales Executive responsible for high-volume B2B container sales into the US market. Managing the full sales cycle and transforming container trading globally.

Responsibilities

  • Engage in high-volume B2B container sales into the US market and help scale our growth rapidly.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, build and own a portfolio of buyers.
  • Play a key role in transforming container trading globally.
  • Run the entire sales cycle: prospecting, outbound calling, qualification, pricing, negotiation, and closing.
  • Work with a qualified lead pool of roughly 15,000 potential buyers and convert both outbound and inbound demand into closed business.
  • 70 to 80 percent of your revenue will come from repeat purchases.

Requirements

  • Hands-on B2B sales experience with strong outbound and cold-calling skills - ideally within a fast-paced transactional sales environment.
  • Thrive in transactional sales and can manage 300+ fast-cycle deals per month.
  • Full sales cycle ownership end to end — from outbound prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing.
  • Self-sufficient in pipeline generation, proactive in outbound activity, and confident converting warm leads from our strong inbound engine.
  • Comfortable selling to the US B2B market and navigating a fragmented landscape of many smaller customers with frequent repeat purchases.
  • Communicate clearly, negotiate confidently, and manage a large pipeline with discipline.
  • Think entrepreneurial, act proactively, and stay organized and motivated while handling many fast-moving opportunities.
