About the role
- Assistente na área de Prospecção da Construtora Tenda ajudando com análises e estudos de terrenos. Participação em processos de prospecção e elaboração de documentos técnicos.
Responsibilities
- Support the prospecting processes and technical analysis of sites;
- Assist in the preparation and review of preliminary feasibility studies;
- Support the preparation of massing studies (initial project layout);
- Perform basic analyses of urban planning legislation and construction parameters;
- Create and update control spreadsheets (feasibility, schedules and indicators);
- Support the management of the department’s schedules;
- Interface with vendors for contracting and monitoring technical studies;
- Support the organization of documents and the internal approval workflow;
- Attend internal meetings, preparing minutes and follow-ups when necessary;
- Occasionally carry out technical site visits.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields;
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of AutoCAD.
