Client Relationship Analyst engaged in managing customer experiences and collaborating with various internal teams at Tenda. Responsible for issue resolution and customer satisfaction metrics oversight.
Responsibilities
Continuous interaction with various departments to improve the customer experience (issue resolution);
Monitoring performance against targets for delivered keys and NPS. Weekly tracking of results and activity KPIs;
Management of materials included in the customer kit (manual, terms, keys);
Management of keys received for handovers;
Onboarding of the condominium manager (syndic);
Site visits to construction projects to enable client inspections;
Crisis prevention management;
Preparation of photographic reports and summaries of project status for management reporting;
Handling complaints received via Reclame Aqui, Procon, Ombudsman, and Legal.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience with presentations and leading workshops or trainings;
Ability to work in a team and collaborate across departments;
Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
