About the role

Responsibilities
- Continuous interaction with various departments to improve the customer experience (problem resolution);
- Monitoring results for delivered key targets and NPS. Weekly tracking of results and KPIs for activities;
- Management of materials included in the customer kit (manual, terms, keys);
- Management of keys received for handovers;
- Onboarding of the condominium manager (síndico);
- Site visits to allow client inspections to be carried out;
- Crisis prevention management;
- Preparation of photo reports and summaries of project status for management reporting;
- Handling complaints filed via Reclame Aqui, Procon, ombudsman (ouvidoria), and the Legal department.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Experience delivering presentations and leading workshops or training sessions;
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments;
- Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
