Responsibilities
Continuous interaction with various departments to improve the customer experience (problem resolution);
Monitoring results for delivered key targets and NPS. Weekly tracking of results and KPIs for activities;
Management of materials included in the customer kit (manual, terms, keys);
Management of keys received for handovers;
Onboarding of the condominium manager (síndico);
Site visits to allow client inspections to be carried out;
Crisis prevention management;
Preparation of photo reports and summaries of project status for management reporting;
Handling complaints filed via Reclame Aqui, Procon, ombudsman (ouvidoria), and the Legal department.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Experience delivering presentations and leading workshops or training sessions;
Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different departments;
Proactivity and strong organizational skills.
