- Work closely with our COO, Ksenia, to support client relations, financial operations, and internal process refinement.
- Engage with users to understand their needs and challenges.
- Conduct market and tech research; assist in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data.
- Assist in managing ongoing projects by tracking progress, setting deadlines, and communicating updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, management, logistics, or a related field, with above-average academic results
- Native-level proficiency in German is required, with fluent English proficiency
- Initial experience in customer support or project management
- Exceptional time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint and/or Google Slides
- Must be located in Munich
- Ability to work an 8-hour shift on Saturdays
