Responsibilities
- Develop strategies to reduce cost and enhance efficiency across manufacturing sites
- Assess processes, systems, and equipment to identify and eliminate loss
- Prepare financial justifications for optimization and capital projects
- Engage manufacturing site teams and collaborate across Manufacturing Excellence functions
- Coach site leaders in using continuous improvement tools and processes
- Lead multiple projects that deliver scalable value
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross‑functional partners
- Analyze data to identify and communicate loss‑reduction opportunities
- Travel more than 50% to manufacturing plants
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or similar engineering field
- 7+ years of Industrial Engineering experience
- 4+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing or supply chain
- Experience applying Total Productive Maintenance–based continuous improvement
- History of successful program development and delivery
- Skilled in coaching leaders at all levels on continuous improvement tools
- Proven success leading cross‑functional resources in a matrix environment
- Strong presentation and communication skills with senior leaders
- Solid financial knowledge for developing project justifications
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Unified Problem Solving, and Work Process Improvement
- Experience with Value Stream Mapping, line balancing, SPC, and Design of Experiments
- Plant experience leading continuous improvement across a manufacturing facility
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SQL, Microsoft Teams, and Power BI
