Responsibilities
Design, develop, and lead all compensation processes and programs
Assist in preparing analysis and materials for executive management review meetings
Design and develop executive compensation philosophy strategy
Benchmark activities to elevate understanding of compensation competitiveness
Make recommendations for internal and external offers to attract and retain top talents
Partner with HR leaders, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Leadership
Provide subject matter expertise on compensation philosophy and job evaluations
Develop a comprehensive communications strategy to share compensation information
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent
8+ years of experience in broad-based compensation, executive, incentive plan strategy, design, and administration
Minimum of three years’ experience in a technology company
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
Ability to establish strong rapport with stakeholders
Demonstrated good judgment and strong business acumen
Knowledge of leading practices and external trends in compensation and HR systems
Knowledge of current practices in equity plan administration
