About the role
- Claims Credit Control Analyst managing credit control activities in a hybrid role for a global reinsurance company targeting Lloyd’s, Europe and North America.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile and analyse TPA bordereaux submissions and cash allocations.
- Oversee claims payments, ensure timely processing, and maintain audit trails.
- Manage debt collection, resolve payment queries and reduce overdue balances.
- Produce reports on claims, debts and recovery performance.
- Collaborate with claims, finance, compliance and legal teams to enhance processes and manage credit risk
Requirements
- Right to work in this location
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or similar (ACCA/CIMA a plus).
- Experience in credit control or debt management from within the insurance claims sector – in particular, accounts reconciliation experience across TPAs
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, organised approach.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across global teams.
