Responsibilities
Manage Subject Access Requests (SARs) and make sure they’re completed on time
Provide clear and helpful responses to client and colleague queries, both written and verbal
Stay up to date with Business Support Team processes and wider business procedures
Act as a Business Continuity Champion or Deputy, ensuring all obligations are met
Work independently and confidently, even when deadlines are tight
Support risk management and take on ad-hoc projects when needed
Review and improve processes to make the team more efficient and effective
Requirements
Strong attention to detail
Great knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to offer solutions and recommendations
Understanding of compliance and escalation procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences
Ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Working knowledge of the Deposit Protection Service (desirable)
