About the role
- Consultant at Colombus Consulting driving strategic transformations from reflection to operational implementation. Working with clients in various sectors and contributing to internal projects.
Responsibilities
- You will work with our clients from strategic planning through to operational implementation: design and delivery of deliverables (benchmarks, project scoping, business audits, etc.)
- Develop and facilitate innovative collaborative workshops
- Provide our methodologies and industry expertise
- Project leadership and management
- Contribute to our commercial development by identifying new needs, supporting business conversion and client retention
- Support the development and skills growth of our junior hires and interns
- Contribute to Colombus Consulting’s growth through internal initiatives: communications, development of new expertise and innovative offers, recruitment, event organization, sector monitoring, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience, ideally in a consulting firm
- Degree from a leading engineering school, business school or university
- Prior experience with a client in the financial services sector on one or more of the following topics: organization, operational efficiency, cost reduction programs, change management, AI transformation
- Highly rigorous with excellent analytical skills
- Team player
- Full professional proficiency in English
