About the role
- Senior Analyst in FP&A developing long-term financial models for education sector. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure financial coherence and support audits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance the long-term financial model (multi-year – 5 years or more) for the Basic Education vertical (Aliança 1);
- Build and review the projected income statement (P&L), ensuring consistency between operational and financial assumptions;
- Structure and monitor the budgeting and forecasting model;
- Prepare business cases, including feasibility analyses (IRR, NPV and payback);
- Support reporting and audit-related requests;
- Work on consolidation and analysis of financial indicators and KPIs;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to validate strategic assumptions;
- Operate autonomously in conducting analyses and proposing model improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial/Production), Economics, Accounting or related fields.
- Strong experience in FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis);
- Experience with annual and multi-year budgeting (e.g., 3 to 5 year projections);
- Knowledge of corporate finance;
- Advanced Excel (structured financial modeling);
- Preferred: experience with long-term financial models;
- Advantage: prior experience in the education sector.
