Sale of technical projects: grow revenue through identified leads (lead nurturing), specification/prescription to engineering firms, electrical installers and end-user clients
Promote, drive and monitor technical and commercial proposals like a project manager, taking into account the client's demand ecosystem
Master the entire sales cycle from identifying needs to closing the deal
Operational management of the sales team (3 people): oversee project tracking and sales target delivery
Support and challenge the sales force
Manage KPIs, reporting and budgetary control of activities
