About the role

Responsibilities
- Deploy and lead the AERO EXCELLENCE initiative (GIFAS)
- Provide training and foster a quality culture
- Serve as the site reference for APQP/PPAP
- Ensure compliance and robustness of APQP/PPAP processes
- Initiate and lead continuous improvement projects
- Design and deliver advanced training modules on EN 9145 and APQP/PPAP
Requirements
- Master’s degree in engineering (Bac+5) or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years’ professional experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience managing and training multidisciplinary teams
- Significant participation in sector-wide improvement initiatives or audits
- Recognized, strong expertise in EN 9145, APQP and PPAP
- Proficiency with quality tools (FMEA, control plans)
- Professional proficiency in English required
