Responsibilities
- lead multiple engineering teams to implement scalable software and content solutions
- drive consistent, high-quality engineering execution of the NAM product roadmap
- define and uphold engineering standards and coding best practices
- identify, prioritize, and mitigate technical debt
- improve productivity through process optimization and effective code management practices
- build, mentor, and retain a high-performing engineering team
- collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
- ensure engineering risks are identified early and delivery quality exceeds customer expectations
Requirements
- 10+ years in software engineering
- 5+ years in technical leadership
- proven experience delivering enterprise-scale software or content service platforms
- strong background in cloud-native and distributed system architectures
- deep understanding of software delivery methodologies (Agile, Lean, etc)
- experience establishing engineering frameworks, standards, and practices across distributed teams
- demonstrated success managing engineering teams supporting SaaS or digital experience platforms
- proven track record of launching successful products and/or service offerings
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related fields (preferred)
